BABY DAWG

Hello There!
 I'd like to tell you
about my latest adventure
A Trip To Branson, Missouri
(April 20th - May 2nd, 2016)

Picture
This is some of the breathtaking scenery were enjoyed on our trip to Branson.
Can you identify the mystery "yellow" crop below that was spotted in Kentucky?

I saw all that and more when we weren't "resting our eyes".
Picture
“Silver Dollar City”...a phenomenal, world-class 1880's theme park with shows
and entertainment.

Picture
We got to experience "World Fest".
Fritz & I have some new best friends.
From left to right: Rupert, Jim, Ayla, & Betty

We had a fabulous brunch here at Hard Work U. where no tuition is charged, all students work on campus, debt is openly discouraged.
Afterwards, we went sightseeing.
Glad I didn't have to pull in THAT fish!

My family and I stayed in our own cabin.  It was so cool!
My brother, Fritz, had a BAD CASE of FLOOR PHOBIA!
YIKES!!!
It took him 5 days to "get over it".
ONLY then would he readily come out of the carpeted bedroom
and onto the slick hardwood floor with the rest of us.

Jim & Betty are joining Papa & Mom
at a wine tasting party at Westgate Branson Woods.
Picture
A trip to Branson Landing featured moonshine tasting.
WHOA!  Look out there Papa!
That looks like TOO BIG A TASTE!

The Duttons - one of the best shows in Branson.
Another trip to Branson Landing
would not be complete without ICE CREAM!!!
This TORNADO WARNING was VERY SCARY for me and my whole family.
This was a first for us to experience -  one part of the trip we prefer not to relive.
George Dyer --- Tenor extraordinaire.  What a magical voice!
Picture
Papa & Betty --- are they greeters at Landry's Seafood?
Sounds like a great job because the food was delicious!
Picture
Betty, Jim, Mom, & Papa went to the Presleys' Country Jubilee.
I had to stay home with my special needs brother, Fritz.
REALLY???
DOES HE THINK HE'S THE ONLY ONE ON VACATION?
Picture
What fun!  After the concert, everyone had their picture taken with John Tweed.
Yes, another musical event --- The Baldknobbers Jamboree Show.
Believe it or not --- another eating event!
This was something special --- frozen custard.
YUM!!!
Presentation of MOSES at the Sight & Sound Theatre was a must see.
 What an incredible facility!
Mel's Hard Luck Diner is a long-running music-themed, 1950s-style diner with a burger & blue-plate menu, plus SINGING SERVERS.
Picture
More Food???  Somehow I don't remember eating that much!
Fritz & I sure could go for some of those delicious ribs!
Clay Cooper had a GREAT SHOW!  He even featured our friend, Johnny Lonestar.
Guess which show Mom & Papa enjoyed the most?
It was this one --- The Haygoods!  What an incredibly talented family.
A fantastic musical show with lights & pyrotechnics!
All good things must come to an end.  This was part of our trip home.
Picture
Storm?  What storm?  My brother,Fritz, said he didn't see a thing.

What adventure awaits me next?
See you somewhere down the road.
